Fishout-Fuller Lake 2021
Time & Location
About The Event
Fuller Lake is on the Bowman Lake Road near Lake Spaulding,
Three miles from the intersection of Bowman Lake Road and Hwy 20
Fuller Lake is stocked with rainbows and has native brown trout. There was a fish planting in early May 2021 and one more planting is expected the week before this fish-out. Large holdover browns are not uncommon.
We will meet up at the point in the Day-Use Area. The Day-Use area is a fee area with BBQs, toilets and a small launch ramp. BYO dinner and drinks. We will gather for dinner between 6-7 pm. All attendees must be paid-up members and on the Covid-19 vaccination list.
Fuller is perfect for float tubes and kayaks. Small boats with motors are allowed but there is very limited parking for boat trailers and a 10 mph speed limit. The fish are easily spooked in the clear water so the smaller the floatation device the smaller the shadow cast on the weed beds and bottom. Water is cold.
