About The Event

Walk, wade or paddle. Fish for trout, large and small. Wet and dry fly.

Details: Fish For: Rainbow, Brown, Lahonton

Fishing Strategy: Float Tubes for the lakes. Walk and wade for the streams and rivers.

Recommended Gear: Rods: 5 or 6 wt. Lines: floating and intermediate sinking. Leaders: 4,5,6. Tippet: 4,5,6. Flies: Streamers, midges, dries. I will try for a bug report before we go.

What participants need to know: There is no water so you must bring what you believe you will need for the 5 days or plan on driving elsewhere to fill up. And No cell or internet. I have reserved 3 campsites. There is space for quite a few tents even in the sites that will have our RV’s, Diane, Jeanne’s and my rig. Cost per person to be determined by the number in each site. Site costs are $30/night for weekdays and $35/night for the weekend nights. Limiting to 12 people and/or 3 tents per site.
